Guus Hiddink has done wonders with a Chelsea squad that looked out of sorts at the fag end of the last year. Ever since taking over Jose Mourinho, Hiddink has not lost a single Premier League game and will be hoping to continue his good form at the Liberty Stadium this weekend.

Chelsea travels to Swansea City on Saturday in a game that the Blues are expected to take all three points. With nothing but pride to play for both teams, this game might not be a classic Premier League affair but a win will give loads of confidence for both sides and will help them finish the season on a strong note.

The Blues are fresh from mauling Aston Villa away from home and will be hoping for a similar performance against the Swans this weekend and to finish the season on a high before the new manager Antonio Conte takes over the franchise next season.

Coming to the team news, Chelsea skipper John Terry  picked up an Achilles injury against Villa and is doubtful for this game. However, his partner Gary Cahill who missed the clash against Villa will be back in action this weekend. Star striker Deigo Costa is out suspended after picking up a Red Card earlier and will be replaced by Alexandre Pato in starting line-up while winger Eden Hazard is also unavailable due to a hip injury.

Here is the team that Chelsea will throw out at Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday:

Chelsea XI:

Begovic; Azpilicueta, Miazga, Ivanovic (c), Baba Rahman; Mikel, Fabregas; Pedro, Loftus-Cheek, Oscar; Pato

Courtois, Aina, Kenedy, Colkett, Palmer, Traore, Falcao

Swansea City XI:

Fabianski, Rangel, Fernandez, Williams, Taylor, Cork, Fer, Sigurdsson, Ayew, Montero, Paloschi.

Nordfeldt, Naughton, Amat, Ki, Barrow, Routledge, Gomis
