The Sunrisers Hyderabad have continued their brilliant run of form in recent times with back to back victories at Vishakhapatnam in the last two games.
After comfortably beating Mumbai Indians a couple of days ago, David Warner’s team gave it they are all as they got the better of the Rising Pune Supergiants with just a 4-run victory on Tuesday.
And it seems like the winning run for the SRH is attracting a lot of viewership.
In the game against RPS at the Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy Stadium in Vishakhapatnam, the Sunrisers had some added attraction in their supporters as they got a new, star cheerleader for this game.
For the first time in the current IPL campaign, Yuvraj Singh’s fiancé, and British-Mauritian model-actress Hazel Keech was seen cheering on the team from Hyderabad.
The 34-year old who is slowly fitting himself into the squad at SRH was secretly engaged in Bali with Keech last year and ever since the model turned actress has been seen at a number of games for the national side.
But the Indian Premier League has always seen a number of WAGs make the trip to the grounds and it was the first time in the IPL that Yuvi’s fiancé was seen in the stands.
Keech was very much interested in the game as she sat cheering on the SRH team and with a victory on the last ball on the night, it is hard not to say that she bought Yuvi and SRH some much-needed luck.
SRH in this game chose to bat after winning the toss but failed to post a huge score as they only managed 137/8 in their 20 overs.
Yuvraj Singh, who was playing just his third game this season scored just 23 runs with two sixers and helped his side to a decent total. He also bowled an over on the night but went for 10 runs and did not come back to bowl again on the night.
However, the Sunrisers did extremely well to keep the Pune Supergiants away from the target and were superb in executing their plans in the 4 run victory over MS Dhoni’s side.
