Tonight’s episode of WWE Raw is going to be a one-of-a-kind experience for the fans. For the last 25 years, the flagship show of the WWE has been entertaining us giving moments to watch out for on a weekly basis. Tonight, we will revisit some of those with legendary stars appearing on the show which in turn will create some must-see moments, as well.
Quite obviously, WWE is promoting this particular episode as the biggest edition of Monday Night Raw in its history. Numerous legends from both male and female locker room will be returning to the show. Plus, a huge main event will be waiting for us over the Intercontinental Championship. The show will emanate from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and the first home of the show, Manhattan Center in New York City.
When multiple names like Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Kevin Nash, Stone Cold appear on the same night, it is a must-see for a WWE fan. These are the names that made our childhood more colourful, each week. We are surely be having a throwback to the Attitude & Ruthless Aggression Era. It will be interesting to see how WWE will use them on this occasion. This is what was provided on WWE.com regarding this appearance,
“Attitude Era standard-bearer and WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin is making his return to Monday night’s hottest show, and he’s not coming alone. The Texas Rattlesnake will be joined by former champions and iconic competitors from all eras of Raw, including D-Generation X, Chris Jericho, JBL & Ron Simmons, Scott Hall, Torrie Wilson, The Bella Twins and the list goes on.”
Apart from their appearances, there will be a few names present from the Smackdown Live brand. This will work well to hype up the Royal Rumble event waiting for us, just six night later. Also, the franchise player of the company, John Cena will also be back onboard.
In case of the female legends returning on the night, there should be major surprises waiting. They would note on the ongoing Women’s Evolution which is different from their generation. To fill up the women’s Royal Rumble match card, WWE needs more names into it. Hence, some of them will officially enter the match.
On the main event of the night, Roman Reigns will battle it out against The Miz over the IC title. The Wrestlemania season is approaching, and hence the Big Dog is not likely to stick around the mid-card title picture. Hence, the chances are high that the Miz will reclaim the spotlight by stealing the championship from his opponent. This will be his eighth win of the title.
Plus, both Brock Lesnar and Kane are being advertised to appear on WWE Raw, tonight. This is going to be their comeback following the attack of Braun Strowman, two weeks ago. These three will bring down utter chaos to the show just before the triple threat Universal Championship match.
