The go-home RAW before the Royal Rumble event was certainly showed some indications for the 30 men extravaganza coming our way this Sunday. Vince McMahon even backed himself by declaring that Roman Reigns will be the number one entrant in the match. Stephanie McMahon teased the pending arrival of New Japan Pro Wrestling stars AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows and Shinsuke Nakamura while Bray Wyatt made a mockery of Brock Lesnar. Going by the happenings and latest rumors, that leaves us with a number of opened ranges of possibilities.
Bray Wyatt and co. will dominate the match
The Wyatt flock laid the beast down on RAW and that opened up some subplots regarding the main event. This may be the time when they will work together to bring the gold home. According to the rumors, Bray Wyatt is taking everything and winning it all. That being said, it’s actually going to change the top of the card at Wrestlemania 32, and the WWE Title may not be up for grabs in the main event. (i.e. Triple H will face Roman Reigns in the inevitable showdown). Bray Wyatt has already promised that coming this Sunday we will see something very big for the Wyatt family.

AJ Styles to debut in the Royal Rumble
AJ Styles will be backstage at the Rumble on Sunday for getting himself introduced with the rest of the locker room. Though, that does not confirm his presence in the Ruble match. But, considering he is booked for Monday Night RAW at Miami and Tuesday’s Smackdown tapings at Tampa, Florida it is quite possible that he is stepping his foot into the main event unless, WWE plans to merge him as a Bullet Club member, and scripts something else for the show.
Daniel Bryan to make a shocking return
The latest news is that Daniel Bryan has been cleared to compete by another one doctor this week which increases his presence at the Royal Rumble event. After being cleared on Pittsburgh this Friday, if WWE once again barred him from a return, we can take it for granted that Bryan’s career in WWE will be officially over. We also know what Bryan has flat-out rejected a number of offers from WWE to move into a different role away from the ring. He just wants to get back into the ring and as a fan, we want a HUGE shock to see Ol’ Goat Face back in a WWE ring this Sunday.
Roman Reigns will break Rey Mysterio’s record
Mysterio set the record of time spent in a single Rumble match at 1:02:12 in 2006, a couple of short months after the passing of Eddie Guerrero. Now that Rey has departed WWE last spring, Creative will forward to set a new record with the prime babyface at this time. With Roman entering number one and with his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line, he’s going to come close to the record and there’s pretty much chance that he shatter it anytime.
NXT surprise entrants
There are a pretty few men waiting in the lineups for entering into the Rumble entry from the NXT base. The likes of Sami Zayn, Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, Apollo Crews and some more could potentially make their impact feel in the main event. Even there’s chance of throwing Sasha Banks or Bayley into the mix, considering they can match steps with male roster easily. The rumors also have that a club can make their presence felt in the match i.e. the Bullet club from the far East.
However, still the biggest chance for the main event is Triple H is the last man standing in the ring to set up the main event of Wrestlemania. After all, Reigns still owes one last from Triple H after the Big Dog dismantled him at the end of the TLC pay per view.
