Former WWE Divas champion Layla tied the knot quietly last week in a decent ceremony with her closest friends attending the ceremony. The news only broke out when one wedding guest decided to publish it via Instagram. The former two-time Divas champion married former WWE superstar Richard Young, better known as Ricky Ortiz in wrestling Circuit. Congratulations, to the happy couple and wishing them loads of luck for their future.

Born in London, England she was brought up in Arizona, US and started professional wrestling as a part of the Diva search in 2006-07 and won it at the 16th August episode of Smackdown in the same calendar year. Later, she became the manager for William regal in ECW and made the appearance in the shows alongside him to help him in the matches.

Late in October 2009, she formed an alliance with Michelle McCool forming Laycool and became the first ever British born WWE Women’s champion in the history of WWE which she hold till Survivor Series 2010 and made the title unified WWE Divas Championship title. She won it back at 2012 Extreme Rules PPV for the second time. After that she became an irregular member of the Divas roster and was seen as Fandango’s dance partner in the last few months of her career.
