Talking about WWE and his owner Vince McMahon, money is everything. As the largest Sports Entertainment Company in the world, WWE brings in millions of fans in the arena to collect money. Nowadays they have increased the live events around the world for the same reason and to grow the popularity of their own brand as well as their superstars. The superstars’ income follows an increment with the live events and tours they have in a year which also includes their brand value. Every WWE superstar has been given with their handful of tasks to play a positive or negative guy in the ring. If they managed to get reactions from the crowd that means they are doing their tasks properly and money awaits their way. WWE superstars also earn a penny by delivering the persona they are given the ring. The fans get the entertainment they want and sometimes it comes as an edge of the seat way. 1. Dean Ambrose: $1.1 million

WWE has not done much to him as a singles competitor since the Shield has broken. And for him to make it to the list was a little surprising. But, considering the fact he is present in almost every live events and fans love him too much, takes him to the 10th position of the list. He has the opportunity to make it even bigger when WWE decides to take him to the main event spot once again. Though, time will tell when as he proved to be a failure at this year’s Wrestlemania. A feud with Reigns or returning Rollins will take him upwards on the list.

  1. Kane: $1.3 million

It is also interesting the superstar who is not even involved in the championship picture for years now, has managed to secure the 9th spot in the list. If, you have noticed Kane has been doing the jobbers role in WWE for years. From a Demon, the company turned him to a joke and even a suited Authority. Being the most loyal employee of the company he has done it all and in return, he is being paid for his longevity as well as for what he can offer the WWE in 2016.

  1. Big Show: $1.5 million

He is another monster and another loyal employee to the WWE. The Giant has toned down to jobber role as a victim of overtime working in WWE over the years. Since the beginning days, Big Show earned his massive contract with the WWE in the 1990s during the “Monday Night Wars” when he jumped ship to the company from World Championship Wrestling. Though he’s not a full-time worker in WWE today, considering his time span and back-and-forth heel and face persona, it is evident that he has made it to the list.

  1. Undertaker: $2 million

Undertaker works only in some handful occasions in WWE today but he still manages to earn $2 million, which is impressive. He is the loyal soldier of the WWE who shows up every time the company needs him badly for the main event scene. Also, he has been a part in some of the biggest matches in Wrestlemania history which makes the show, the grandest stage that it is today. Since his jumping ship days from WCW, he has been loyal to Vince, and we thank him for all that he has gifted us over the years.

  1. Roman Reigns: $2.1 million

If you look at the handsome amount that “The Guy” is earning every year, you should understand why WWE is continuously trying Roman to establish as the cornerstone of the company. WWE has started the “Roman Empire” gimmick following this year’s Wrestlemania and this year will be interesting to find out the fact that will WWE fans continue to boo him or WWE will bring out some magic stick from their pocket to get them embrace of a version of Reigns.

Seth-Rollins-17

  1. Seth Rollins: $2.4 million

We are eagerly waiting to see “The Architect” back into the ring. It was a disastrous situation for WWE when he got shelved last year due to a legitimate knee injury. Not only he was the WWE champion back then but also one the most technical wrestlers in WWE who can create magic in the ring with most of the superstars present in the roster. His return and demanding the WWE world heavyweight championship from Reigns will be very different from the feud’s point of view, that it was last year.

  1. Randy Orton: $2.7 million

The Viper was one of those wrestlers who got beaten by the injury bug in the year 2015 and shelved. Orton currently is nursing a shoulder injury. One thing that made Orton legend, he can work as a heel or as a face, no matter what. This opens up a whole lot options for WWE to let him feud with the face or the heel guys. He is a legend and a sure-shot future Hall of Famer, lists Orton 4th in the chart.

  1. Triple H: $2.8 million

With the days being numbered for the Game due to his age and overloaded responsibilities as COO of the company and his own brand NXT. There’s no doubt about the fact that Triple H is an excellent performer both in and out of the ring and that’s earned him millions of fans around the world despite being the heel. It is for sure that he and Stephanie will be the carrier of the WWE brand for years to come.

brock-lesnar-wwe-rumors-royal-rumble-plans2. Brock Lesnar: $6 million

It was last year after Wrestlemania when Brock Lesnar went public in a segment of SportsCenter by saying that he will stay with WWE and not return to UFC. The reason behind that was he is making “full-time money for part-time work.” But, Lesnar is not robbing WWE because he is the main event wherever he goes nowadays and has become a force who is indomitable, right now. No one can bring the old “big fight” feel in the ring as he does. We are waiting to see the beast’s next target upon his return.

  1. John Cena: $9.5 million

Did you expect somebody else to top the list? No way, that Cena can be dethroned from this position. What else can you expect after him being the franchise of WWE for a decade now? Boo him all you want, Roman Reigns is not his replacement and there’s no one in the store in WWE who take his place, rightfully. Being injured, he is not wrestling but that doesn’t prohibit him from the duties of WWE, i.e. charity shows or appearing on The Today Show etc. Cena still is the biggest brand ambassador for the company and will continue to do that until and unless WWE is capable of making somebody say to his face, “You can’t see me.”
