Former World Kabbadi League Champion Lovepreet Sangha and former two-time Kushti Natinal Heavyweight Champion, Satender Ved Pal is all set to make theirs in ring debut inside the squared circle of professional wrestling at the WWE Live event in India and that too in front of their home crowd. WWE Live is all set to take over the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Delhi on Friday, January 15 and Saturday, January 16.

Both these Indian youngsters were signed to WWE’s developmental division NXT, this past June and were training hard in WWE’s performance center in Orlando, Florida.

WWE.com has confirmed that they will perform in the live event whereas WWE executive Vice President, Talent, Live Event and Creative Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque had these lines to say:

“WWE is a global, family-friendly entertainment company committed to serving the passionate fan base in India, We are delighted the fans in India will have the opportunity to witness history with the first live matches for Lovepreet and Satender.”

Lovepreet Sangha, 6 feet Punjabi weighing 225 pounds was one of the top performers in the World Kabbadi League in 2014 and was a part of the United Singhs team that eventually won the League championship.

On the other hand, Satender Ved Pal, a 6’4 and weighing 235 pounds was a benchmark in Indian Wrestling industry and a former two times heavyweight champion in Kushti.

WWE is returning to India with live events after a gap of 13 long years and the superstars performing here will be John Cena, Big Show, Kane, Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose, Charlotte and Nikki Bella giving a treat to the fans, least to say.
