By gimmick I just meant to say the face or heel turn. Currently, most of the superstars look to be playing the best role that is suited for him. But there are some wrestlers who need a change. Here are the names whom I believe should get a change in their gimmicks;
Big E – I am not disappointed with the power house gimmick he is having. But a wrestler like him is always suited in a heel gimmick. Yes, I meant it, Big E was more interesting when he was working as a heel. The storyline he is currently working in is the best story to turn him heel. Let me tell you how, Antonio Cesaro, the name I have mentioned later in this article might turn face, and he should turn face. He has already been involved in a feud with his own tag team partner Jack Swagger. If Cesaro turns face, The Real Americans would be broken, and I seriously do not want this team to be broken. So what we need is a replacement for Antonio Cesaro which could be Big E. Now let me give you a couple of reasons why I think Big E should join The Real Americans. You see, an ideal heel wrestler needs to have good mic skill. Look at all the famous heel professional wrestlers, just take a look at the history. One can be a good face without having good mic skill, but it is too rare in heel wrestlers who did not have mic skill still he succeed. Big E is not that good to succeed as a heel, but he is quite boring as a face too. He was better and more interesting when he was heel. But the best thing about him is, he has the potential to improve his mic skill. So it would be best for him to make him a member of a heel stable where he would not have to talk a lot but can do interesting stuffs. And you can understand this would be very interesting for the storyline as well, if Cesaro seriously turns face and splits up from the Real Americans and Big E joins that would be really a very interesting story and it would impress the fans as well.
Antonio Cesaro – Well, I have already talked about him in the section of Big E. Antonio Cesaro is currently one of the most impressive wrestlers among all. Cesaro grows attraction of people after he used his giant swing signature move. In spite of being a heel, you would see people cheering for him. Such a wrestler must turn heel, and his wrestling ability, especially, his giant swing maneuver would be utilized in a better way if he turns face. And this is not only a suggestion. We have already noticed a several incidents which indicates to one simple thing, Antonio Cesaro will turn face very soon. Rumors suggest that Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro will both challenge Big E for the Intercontinental championship. Some of the rumors also suggest that Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro could go one on one as well. We would say, a triple threat match for the WWE Intercontinental championship would be a better addition to the match card of WrestleMania XXX. We believe things will become more interesting if our opinions come true.
Dolph Ziggler – I think it is enough punishment for Dolph Ziggler. The man is a former World Heavyweight champion, his talent should not be overwhelmed like this. And the best of him comes when he performs a heel role. I am not saying that he is bad as a babyface, he not at all bad but what we are saying is, he is far more superior and impressive as a heel. I still remember when Dolph Ziggler first came to WWE, he shocked everyone with his tremendous in ring skill when he faced Batista for the first time. When he faced Batista on last week’s Friday night Smackdown, I felt bad to see Ziggler getting totally manhandled by Batista. Things seriously need to be changed.
Fandango – Apparently, Fandango’s gimmick is the most ridiculous one from the current WWE roster. He is a 6’4” tall man with good wrestling skills, is his gimmick really justified? I don’t day he needs to turn face, but his gimmick must change. The guy has potential; I think he can be a tremendous heel, and probably a main eventer in future. I believe you people would agree with me here about what I think about Fandango.
The Miz – After The Miz turned face, he is almost a no one. But when he was heel, he featured in the main event of WrestleMania 27. It’s not about how much he deserved it, it’s about how interesting he was as a heel. He was indeed interesting when he was doing a villainous job. And to be honest, he is a bad babyface, like it or not, this is true. So we believe, The Miz needs to turn heel again to make things more interesting.
Any Shield member after splitting up – The Shield will surely split up now, after what happened last week on Monday Night Raw, three of the Shield members will not stay together, which I am pretty much sure about. If you missed the show, let me tell you what happened; The Shield faced The Wyatt Family in a six way tag team match, Seth Rollins got irritated after not being tagged by his fellow members and leaves them to lose. This makes things look easy to predict Shield will split up. And if it happens (it will indeed happen), one of the members must turn face. Dean Ambrose must not turn face because he is better as a heel. Either Roman Reigns or Seth Rollins should turn face. Roman Reigns is most probable for this change.
