After her husband Daniel Bryan, the rumors were all around the internet that Brie will follow his husband’s footsteps and we may not see her in the in the Wrestlemania season. Now, that she is confirmed to perform on the grandest stage of them all with all her fellow Total Divas co-stars against a team that will be led by the Ravishing Russian Lana, the rumor mill stopped rolling about her.
But, recently pro-wrestling sheet has announced that Brie Bella will officially announce her retirement from WWE on the post-Wrestlemania RAW. The report also noted that her decision to take an early retirement is connected to her husband Daniel Bryan‘s health issues, which recently forced him to pull out of scheduled WWE appearances. She is expected to take an ambassador role for WWE and will carry on her promotional activities and appearance on Total Divas for WWE regularly but will not compete in the ring anymore.
Brie has acknowledged on Good Morning America show that her career is coming to end and the time she hinted was around summer but going by this news the schedule has been moved up and most likely her retirement will commence the following night of Wrestlemania on Raw.
Former WWE Divas champion Kaitlyn had a seat down with wwe.com and was asked about her life post-WWE life and return. The Diva is all set to feature on the cover of Iron Man magazine’s April issue. Her answer was “WHEN I LEFT, I WAS ON REALLY GOOD TERMS WITH EVERYBODY. I HAVE A FEW FRIENDS WHO I’M STILL REALLY CLOSE WITH. WHEN I GO THERE, IT’S NOTHING BUT HAPPINESS. IT FEELS GOOD TO COME BACK AND SAY I HAD AN AMAZING CAREER HERE. IT’S PART OF WHY I AM WHO I AM, BUT I TOOK EVERYTHING I LEARNED IN MY LIFE HERE, AND I TURNED IT INTO SOMETHING ELSE, DOING IT ON MY OWN.
IT WAS SO MUCH FUN BEING ON UPUPDOWNDOWN, BECAUSE EVERY TIME I GO BACK THERE, IT’S LIKE NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I STILL ACT LIKE AN IDIOT WITH MY FRIENDS. IT’S NO SECRET THAT BIG E AND I ARE CLOSE FRIENDS. WE HAVE A JOKE THAT I’M THE FEMALE VERSION OF HIM AND VICE VERSA.”
