Brock Lesnar challenged Goldberg in a recent tweet alongside his advocate Paul Heyman, just days ago. He mocked the former WCW franchise by calling a “supportive player”, only as quoted below.
Heyman: Ladies and gentleman, my name is Paul Heyman and I think everyone [clapping] should stand up and applaud Bill Goldberg for being a supporting player in the video game that stars the Beast, the Conquerer… Brock Lesnar.
Lesnar: Hey Bill. You’re next!
I’ve got a special message for @Goldberg regarding #WWE2K17. @WWEgames @HeymanHustlehttps://t.co/SMuc295Fc3

Goldberg has now made the next step by giving it back to Lesnar with returning tweets. It is supposed to be the indication of any upcoming feud, if going the clues. Here’s what Goldberg has posted.

Since the day, the first trailer of the WWE video game WWE 2K17 has released, WWE fans were turned into frenzy with the returning possibility of the former World Champion who left the company 12 years ago. What was even more interesting on the trailer was a sign of Suplex City which taunted an upcoming feud between Brock Lesnar and Goldberg.
WWE Universe expected him to be seen in a WWE ring due to the promotion of the 2K17 video game. We have seen returns from The Ultimate Warrior, Sting in the past couple of years for the same reason.
As per the previous reports, Goldberg will be present at the Summerslam event in which Brock Lesnar is all set to take on the Viper, Randy Orton in a blockbuster main event. So, a possibility of an encounter between these two cannot be nixed out.
However, reports also suggest that Bill Goldberg will be present at the Summerslam weekend to promote the WWE 2K17 video game. There’s no connection with WWE since he will be appearing purely on 2K’s invitation basis. As per his schedule, he would leave before the Summerslam main show kicks off.
