If going by the latest rumors, the relationship between Hulk Hogan and WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has improved a lot in the last couple of months. So much so that WWE is considering to call the legend back into the roster.
According to the latest news from dailywrestlingnews.com, WWE still believes that the legend is still a marketable player in the alumni section and they want to utilize it to the fullest by making a perfect arrangement for the Hulk star.
WWE decided to remove any such trace of his name from the company after Hulk Hogan was caught involved in a sex tape and accused of using a racist comment in a leaked video. After the video got viral and Hulk Hogan was filed into the court, WWE decided to remove the Hall of Famer’s name from its official website. His merchandises across the vendors were stopped selling. At that time Hulk Hogan was a judge of the WWE Tough Enough show and he was immediately replaced by The Miz.
Though, Hogan later sued the Gawker media house for defamation and the company was forced to hand him $115 million and thus have gone bankrupt.
Speaking of returns, the social media is buzzing a lot over Kurt Angle’s return to the WWE Draft for the past couple of weeks. Now, previously it was reported that Kurt Angle is not expected to return to WWE, anytime soon. With all the rumors going around the internet, Kurt Angle himself issued a statement to make it clear that he may return to the company soon and positive in mind from his side as well as the WWE officials are.
Recently while talking to the Sports Illustrated over the same issue which is bound to fuel up the rumor, even more. Here’s what he has to offer:
“I had a talk with WWE. It’s confidential. I will not be returning for the draft. Possibly in the future, most likely next year, but that is not a guarantee. It was a loose conversation but I will be in touch with Triple H [Paul Levesque] in the future.”
With that being said it is evident that he is not returning around WWE Draft and most likely is not returning before next year.
