WWE is leaving no stones unturned to make the WWE Raw 25th anniversary a monumental edition on this Monday Night. The list of special appearances on the show is getting increased day by day. In the last few days more legendary names like Trish Stratus, Chris Jericho have been added to the list to make it even a bigger star-studded night.
Also, the company has released a statement to let us know how the special broadcast will go on air. It has now been confirmed that a kick-off show will be hosted on the night just before the actual airing of Monday Night Raw. The pre-show has become a tradition before any of the big PPV shows of the WWE. This one too is one bigger occasion, and hence this one will set the tone for the historic episode.
As confirmed by the official statement, the WWE Raw kick-off show will start airing on the USA Network one hour before the standard broadcast time of the show. It means that it will begin on 7 PM. Renee Young, Peter Rosenburg, Sam Roberts and David Otunga have been confirmed to join the panel and break down the things that will be stored in the main show.
In case someone does not intend to see this kick-off show on the USA Network, they can view it on other platforms like WWE Network, WWE.com, the WWE App, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
We can expect that the two most veteran commentators in WWE Raw programming will also be seen during this show. These two are Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross who will be back for a one-off night on that night. Check out the updates from WWE.com,
“Join hosts Renee Young, Peter Rosenberg, David Otunga and Sam Roberts as they bring you everything you need to know to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the longest-running weekly episodic show in television history. Plus, WWE Hall of Famers Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler join the celebration from the original home of Monday Night Raw, The Manhattan Center.”
It is expected that WWE Raw set will be set up differently for this grand night which is being promoted as the biggest Raw in the history. The company is likely to come up with a retro set to give the fans a throwback experience.
