It is known to everybody that Kurt Angle is an Olympic gold medalist but on the other hand he is also an injury prone wrestler. This reason is supposed to be the biggest constraint that barred him from a dramatic return to WWE. Vince McMahon would be least interested to see him getting a concussion sooner or later just after landing in the company and especially, in a time when the injury season is seemingly endless for WWE.

During the time of WWE Draft, the rumor mill was running rampant with the news that Kurt Angle will return to have one last match in the company where he started big. Recently, the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion appeared on the Reality of Wrestling show in Texas City, TX where he once again spoke about the company nurturing the idea of having him back in their locker room.

He said that a few months ago the officials have shown serious interests of bringing him back by quoting, “For me to go back it would have to be the right match – the right program. Also, you would have to have interest from Triple H and Vince McMahon. I spoke with them a few months ago [and] they do have interest [and] they just don’t know what they wanna do and they don’t know when.”

Though, these planning were not brought forward, further as he declared, “I haven’t talked to anybody in the last few months. I don’t expect to until late fall. You’re not gonna see Kurt Angle in that ring this year. Maybe next year, maybe not at all. It was more of a loose conversation. They have interest [and] I have interest but [the talks] didn’t really go anywhere so right now I’m enjoying my time off.”

While talking his would be opponents upon return he concluded by stating, “I wanted Daniel bryan….but I don’t think he is able to go anymore. I’d say right now on that roster Seth Rollins. god I watch out he is what he does his style with his ability in the ring right now he’s one of the best in the world and there are other wrestlers I like the rest of my crew Cesaro Kevin Owens Roman reigns right now I think.”
