The Miz is considered as one of the few superstars in the present WWE roster who does have a wide range of movie experiences.

This is the reason why his gimmick features the “A-lister” catchphrase. Just a few days ago, the fifth instalment of the Marine franchise got a DVD release.

In addition, some more news was waiting for him to get honoured. MTV lets us knew that the Miz will be hosting The Challenge: Invasion of the Champions on this upcoming Tuesday. This would be yet another accolade for the A-lister.

The six-time Intercontinental champion has always been very vocal saying that he would not be here today if it was not for MTV. Before making it to the WWE, he participated in a number of reality television shows which started with one at MTV.

In order to feature in the show, The Real World, The Miz had to drop out from college in 2001. Later, he appeared in the spin-off series Real World or Road Rules challenge which now has become The Challenge. In the year 2002, he was the host of the 22nd season of the show named Battle of the Exes.

MTV caught up with “The most must-see WWE superstar” of all time to get his reactions while returning to the show. The A-lister expressed his overwhelming feeling to hosting the show. He also added that these shows make him believe in himself which ultimately helped to become a WWE superstar. Check out his quotes from the interview:

“It’s awesome to be back. This is where it all started for me. MTV gave me the opportunity to believe in myself and do anything I wanted, and now I get to be a WWE superstar, which was my childhood dream. And I guarantee I would not be where I was today if it wasn’t for MTV.”

The very previous night on Monday Night Raw, The Miz is scheduled to feature in the main event match. He will face Dean Ambrose for the Intercontinental championship. As per the speculation, he is the one to walk out of the match as the favourite. So, he might be seen appearing on the MTV show with the prestigious title in his hand.
