WWE News: Popular WWE Network show might not return again

One of the best original programs that WWE Network comes up with is “The Edge and Christian Show that totally Reeks of Awesomeness.” This is one of the laughing reasons for many of the WWE fans. The chemistry between the former tag team champions is incomparable and more importantly the real life best buddies can present humor like no one else which one easily can’t escape.
With the great track record since its beginning, the reports suggest that the fairytale might not last longer. The show has just completed its first season and PWInsider.com reports that there’s no indication that the show will return for its second season. The first episode of the show was aired on the WWE Network on February 16th this year after WWE Fastlane and became an instant hit with uncountable funny segments.
The show is hosted by Edge and Christian, but has featured almost all of the top stars from the present roster and many from the past which includes John Cena, AJ Styles, Big Show, Arn Anderson, Gene Okerlund, Sheamus, Bray Wyatt, Dean Ambrose, Kane and Divas like Paige, Charlotte etc. and these are just a few of the many.

As one of the top shows on the WWE Network, the show holds a rating of 7.7 out of 10 by IMDB. The rumor of the non-renewal of the show came about after Christian contract with WWE as a performer was terminated last week following his inability to compete inside the squared circle due to injury since 2014, as reported earlier. Though, he will continue to be a part of the WWE contract and attach to the company.
Both the show hosts are not strangers to acting. Edge is known the face of popular shows like Sanctuary, Haven and most importantly The Flash. Christian too, had some screen space on Haven and did a small role in the Monica Belluci starter “Shoot Em Up.” As WWE fans, we always will like to see the Canadian Boys to be back on screen.
