WWE News: Potential Schedule of Brock Lesnar after No Mercy PPV

We are all set to witness the main event of No Mercy PPV which is going to steal the show, for sure. Brock Lesnar will collide in a battle against Braun Strowman for the Universal Championship.

The WWE Universe wanted to see this match for a long time and will finally get it delivered on September 24th at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

As per the earlier reports from cage-side seats., the beast incarnate is still scheduled to successfully defend his championship at the event beating the monster among men. It is because the creative intends to book Brock Lesnar with the title for an entire year. He had won it at Wrestlemania 33 and is likely to hold it till Wrestlemania 34 where his potential opponent is none other than, Roman Reigns.

Now, whether he leaves No Mercy with the championship or not, it’s sure he will take a break from his WWE schedule from that point onwards. According to the reports of The Observer, as well, Lesnar is the favourite one to walk out as the champion who would go on to a hiatus from that point onwards.

The reason behind the same is quite apparent since his WWE contract does not allow him to perform on a full-time basis. The same schedule followed the last time he won the WWE Championship in 2014, as well. However, in comparison to the last years, Brock Lesnar had already worked overtime for the company, this year.

There are certain chances that the former MMA fighter might decide to part ways with the company once his contract expires, next year which is why WWE is using him to its fullest potential, as of now.

With that being said, The Dirty Sheets has also confirmed Brock Lesnar will not attend the last dual brand PPV of the year, Survivor Series in November. John Cena was also previously absent from this PPV’s promotions. However, he is added back to the recent advertisements which mean he is supposed to feature in one of the main events of that night.
