WWE News: Triple H Intends To Compete At Wrestlemania Despite Seth Rollins’ Injury

As per the earlier reports, Seth Rollins suffered an injury at the hands of Samoa Joe after he delivered an onslaught on him. The attack was thoroughly scripted but at one point, it got terribly wrong and Rollins’ knee was ruptured so bad that the injury became real instead of kayfabe.
Ryan Satin of Pro-wrestling sheet posted a gif indicating the moment when Rollins might have picked up the injury.

The doctors evaluated him further after the incident took place on Raw after he flew to Birmingham, Alabama. He was detected with a torn MCL which will sideline him for at least eight weeks.
Triple H, who was scheduled to face him at the biggest event of the year, is also not pleased with this major fallout. He was gearing up for this time of the year when he gets ready to feature in a mega-match but the injury might not let him go into Wrestlemania for an in-ring appearance.
Even if Rollins gets cleared before Wrestlemania, it is not likely that he will go straight to feature into the match against Triple H on the same day without getting proper warm ups. The creative is disappointed with how things turn out. This match was originally scheduled to happen, last year but Rollins’ injury shelved it then, too.
Triple H is now insisting the creative come up with a backup plan so that he can wrestle another opponent at Wrestlemania, as per reports from cagesidesets.com. He is all set to lock horns with someone and doesn’t want to waste the opportunity.
The rumor mill suggests Rollins might be replaced by a returning Finn Balor. Shinsuke Nakamura is also a supposed option as he’ll make his debut soon on the main roster.
