WWE News: Update about Goldberg’s appearance and heel turn
Oct 20, 2016 at 11:44 AM
The much-anticipated return of the WCW franchise, Goldberg happened on Raw. The fans were excited with the Goldberg chants, all over the arena. Where most of the fans are enthralling with Goldberg’s return to the squared circle, there are some opposite opinions, as well.
Some of the fans do think that Goldberg is well ahead of his golden times in the squared circle. He is almost 50 years old and will be going against the beast incarnate, Brock Lesnar, the man who is unpinned in WWE for the past three years. So, we might be getting some negative reactions, as well. We also should keep in mind that Survivor Series is taking place in Toronto, which is considered as a hostile territory for Goldberg.
Since the day he forced to retire Bret Hart in Toronto, the fans there booed him and so WWE might have planned a twist in the tale. Goldberg might turn heel prior to his clash against Brock Lesnar. The swerve can take place just prior to the Survivor Series PPV or the day of the PPV in Toronto, itself. Goldberg has never been an on-screen villain and hence it will be a shocking decision to the fans.
In the meantime, we are scheduled to see more of Goldberg in the upcoming weeks on Raw. Goldberg will be making his next appearance at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut on October 31st, the next episode post Hell in a Cell PPV.

Brock Lesnar will also be appearing twice on Raw prior to the Survivor Series PPV. The final confrontation will take place on the November 14th’s episode of Monday Night Raw in Buffalo, New York. This is going to be the go home show for the Survivor Series PPV where both of them are scheduled to appear.
