Goldberg was WCW’s main star back its heyday and the name almost became synonymous with dominance there as well as in the short span he spent here in WWE. He was able to outnumber both The Rock and the then “Next big thing” Brock Lesnar single-handedly. The star proved to be an unstoppable force in the pro-wrestling industry during the shining days of WCW. His undefeated streak of 173 matches during that time was a wonder.
His booking by WCW was like a force which was indomitable and fans literally worshipped him like God. They wanted him to see him in WWE after Vince McMahon bought the WCW franchise and they got a taste of seeing him in WWE. Though the stint was quite a short one, he was able to show his impact so much that fans want him badly till date.

Last Monday Night on Raw, Goldberg returned to WWE as he was seen in the first trailer of the WWE 2K17 video game. He will be available to the WWE Universe that pre-order the WWE 2K17 video game that is set to be released on October 25th. The fans who will pre-order the video game can avail Goldberg as a playable character. Even though he was seen as a video game character, wrestling fans went crazy after the trailer was out. It was a huge news wrestler who left the company with a bitter experience is agreed to work with the company, once again as a part of the video game.
Ever since the teaser was out, there were a number of superstars who made their reactions via Twitter but it was the Swiss Superman Cesaro, who went one step further to challenge the returning one in an in-ring contest. This is what he had to say:

Cesaro is the strongest wrestler in the WWE, right now. He has an endless number of moves in his arsenal that is more than enough to make the crowd going ga-ga over him. And, Goldberg was the same back in his time. So, if these two collide the earth will shatter indeed. So, can we expect one of the WCW’s main stars to return for one last stint?
