The new day kicked off in smackdown by showing a replay where Dolph Ziggler kicked John Cena on RAW.

They kept boasting about how they dominated everywhere and everyone. Dolph comes out complaining about missing his chance at the US title on Monday to seek retribution. He wants a match with BIG E. Xavier Woods promises this one to be fair. And out comes the Dudley Boyz to stand beside Ziggler and the match starts.

Big E defeated Dolph Ziggler:

Despite Ziggler’s tremendous resiliency and effort to hang in the ring, Big E outsmarted him. While Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingstone trombone their way to neutralize the Dudleyz and also managed to distract the referee at the last moment which allows Kofi to attack Ziggler behind the rope. By virtue of which The New Day prevailed again.

Six Diva tag team match: Team ’N’BC def. Team Bella:

Diva’s revolution continues as Team Bella challenges Becky and Charlotte to a six divas tag action and made them find a new tag team partner for the night. The new member was quite expected in the name of Natalya as Paige looked on in the monitor during the match up. The Queen of Harts handled the business outside the ring with Brie and Alicia Fox while Becky delivered a kick to Nikki making the way for Charlotte to make the longest reigning divas champion tap out to the finger eight leg lock.

After the match, Paige once again showed her annoyance regarding Natalya being in the side of Becky and Charlotte.

Ryback defeated Rusev:

As Ryback seemed hungry to get his Intercontinental Championship back again at Hell in a Cell, Rusev was even more to take on him in the ring. Though he still was not ready to accept the proposal fully from Summer rae seeking more match wins and championships. The guest commentator present in the ring was none other than Kevin Owens. Summer tried to help from outside the ring, but that went into the vein as the “Big Guy” shell shocked his way to winning the contest.

Barrett def. Neville:

King Barrett returned to action after quite a sometimes against his former rival Neville. Neville made quite an effort to end it with a red arrow, but Barrett took advantage by taking separation from by the referee and delivered a Bull hammer to win this one. Stardust did have some strange message after the match for Neville.

Roman and Randy def. Bray Wyatt and Strowman by disqualification:

As Bray and Strowman made Orton suffer for the most part of the match Orton finally did tag to Roman who straightaway went into the fight against both Bray and Co. As the fight continued outside the ring Bray hit Roman with a chair causing the match to be disqualified. The assault continued as The Viper re-engaged into the action only to be locked into Strowman’s devastating finishing maneuver. Though he was neutralized quickly by getting into a superman punch that left Wyatt alone in the ring to be hit by RKO and Spear consecutively.
