Orton turned on Kane

Tuesday Night’s hottest show, WWE Smackdown Live was hosted last night at the RESCH center in Green Bay, WI. The night kicked off with a No DQ match between Kane and Bray Wyatt. After a physical fight, Harper tried to distract Kane but Orton’s music hit and he came out to help Kane. But, shockingly he hit an RKO to the big red monster making Wyatt stunned. He just covered Kane to pick up the victory on Smackdown.

The Women’s champion, Becky Lynch returned after quite sometimes with a huge pop from the crowd. Renee Young was about to get an interview with her but Alexa Bliss interrupted to start a brawl around the ring. Bliss planted Becky with a DDT. She took out a spray can and painted a yellow streak on Becky’s back before leaving the ring.

The Ascension vs. Hype Bros

It was a first qualifying match for the Survivor Series qualifying match between these two teams. The Ascension promised to win prior to the match but Ryder and Mojo connected with the Hype Ryder to pick up the win.

After the match, Carmella hit the ring and attacked Nikki Bella. She finished the segment with a facebuster to Nikki.

Heath Slater & Rhyno vs. The Spirit Squad

Prior to the match, we have a confrontation with the fall-out from last week. Since, the spirit squad pinned Slater, last week, this match was made for the Smackdown tag team title. After giving us a good match, Rhyno hit the gore to Mikey to pick up the win and retain the tag team title. The intercontinental title will also be on the line in the near future.

Dean Ambrose vs. AJ Styles

As we knew, if Ambrose wins he will get a title opportunity. Ellsworth was already present at the ringside and cheering for Ambrose. As the match progressed, he got more fired up. Styles hit the Pele Kick on Ambrose but he was shoved off from the ring. Ellsworth was so much fired up that he hit the No Chin Music on Styles. Unfortunately, the referee saw it and had no choice but to call off the match. The winner via disqualification was AJ Styles and Ambrose was robbed from a world title opportunity.
