The current UFC bantamweight champion took part in a media presser earlier and expressed her desire to be a WWE divas champion at some point of her career. She was promoting her upcoming fight against Holly Holm at UFC 193 on November 15th. Rousey talked about how she would love to go beyond mixed martial arts gold and try to become a WWE divas champion one day.
She went on saying that she got an Olympic medal and wants to retire as a legend from the UFC ring at some point. After that, she would love to try her hand boxing world champion, or jiu-jitsu world champion or the Divas world champion. But keeping in mind that she has to fulfill his endorsements date it is quite tough to make her enter into WWE. Though Triple H responded by saying that Ronda is welcome at any time and he is consulting with the Performance center regarding this matter.
Here is Ronda’s official statement:
“What I’d really like to do and I don’t know if I’ll have the time and I just want to do so many things, but I want to be remembered as one of the greatest fighters of all time at any sport.
What I would love to do, I got an Olympic medal, I would want to retire from MMA as one of the greatest of all time, I would love to have the chance to be the boxing world champion, and I would love to have the chance to be a jiu-jitsu world champion. I’d love to have the chance to be the Divas world champion and just be the best of everything at one point.
How that is possible to do, I’m going to have to figure that out but I am trying to figure that out. I think if anybody’s capable, I think that I am. I think it’s just a matter of prioritizing and timing and figuring out when I can do which, when. I’m figuring it out. I’d love to, but it’s a process.”
