  1. Chris Martin (New Zealand) – Phantom/ The Walking Wicket

Another former New Zealand pacer Chris Martin was more horrible batsman than Danny Morrison as Martin’s batting average was 2.36 in his Test career (71 matches; 104 innings) and 1.60 in his ODI career (20 matches; 7 innings). Martin is at the second position in most ducks in Test career with 36 ducks while he was dismissed in pairs for 7 times, which was the most pairs by a batsman in Test cricket.

Chris Martin had been known as the nickname of “Phantom” or “The Walking Wicket”. However the exact reason was unknown for “Phantom” nickname, but it is generally accepted that it was because he was “a walking ghost” as a batsman on the pitch.
