AUS vs SA 2016, 2nd Test: Non-Stop Rain Scupper Day 2 At Hobart

Persistent rain in Hobart scuppered Day 2 of the second Test between Australia and South Africa. The day was called off without even a ball being bowled as huge amount of water prevented players from taking the field.

South Africa will kick off Day 3 from a score of 171/5, with Quinton De Kock and Temba Bavuma at the crease. They possess a lead of 86 runs after rattling Australian batsmen on 85. The Proteas will look to extend their advantage so as to ensure a result in the game. The play will start half an hour on Monday (4:30 AM IST).

Intermittent rain is also expected on Monday.
