ICC U19 Cricket World Cup is the biggest platform for the young cricketers to show their talent. Till the date, the tournament has been successful in bringing up talents.

Andy Caddick (1988): Andy Caddick was the first-ever cricketer who played for one nation in the youth world cup and represented another nation in international cricket. The right-arm pacer played for his birth country New Zealand in the Youth World Cup at the age of 19. But he represented England at the international level from 1993 to 2003.
