The test series between Australia and New Zealand is just around the corner and the availability of explosive opener David Warner would be crucial for the Aussies.
In his press conference David Warner talked about his injury and assured that he would be totally fit for the series unless he sustains an injury while practicing he said jokingly.
“As the doctor said to me come, three or four days before the test and it should be totally healed” he further added. The reporters also asked him about his perceptions of playing with the pink ball to which his reply was “I’ve heard the boys talk about it but i haven’t played with it yet and we will have to see when I come out to bat”
With a training session with the team lined up to see how players play the new ball, Warner is positive about Australia’s chances and happy with the bowling attack in the face of Starc and Johnson and seems excited about the new change and looks forward to playing in the night session.
