The Brisbane Cricket Ground or Gabba, as it is famously called is one of the major stadiums in Brisbane, the capital of Queensland in Australia. The first Test match played between 27 Nov-Dec 3, 1931 in between Australia and South Africa.
India played its first Test match on this ground in November 1947. However, India was thrashed by the host, as they were handed a defeat by an innings and 226 runs. Since then, India has played five more Test matches at this iconic stadium and had not managed to win a single Test match yet.
