Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has been appointed as the captain of the team punjab in Vijay Hazare trophy. He is going to lead the Punjab side for the North Zone one-dayers, starting on february 27.
Apart from him Yuvraj Singh, Indian Premier League season 7’s most expensive player has also been selected for the squad announced on Monday.
The team got finalised after a five-days campaign held in PCA stadium ended yesterday. Spokeperson Sushil Kapoor said so.
Batsman Mandeep Singh has been selected as vice captain of the squad.
