Indian cricketer Suresh Raina has played several memorable knocks for India at crunch situations. His attacking batting in the middle-order has helped the team to power up the innings in shorter formats. Although he has been out for the team for the last two years because of injury and strong competition, his contribution to the team at mega-events is unforgettable.

In the T20 World Cup 2010, Raina was the highest scorer for India and overall fifth-highest. He scored 219 runs in five matches at an average of 43.80 with the striking rate of 146.00.

During the tournament, the Uttar Pradesh player’s best was witnessed against South Africa as he smashed a century. He became the first Indian cricketer to score a T20I century.
