It is not seen every day that the official Twitter handle of the International Cricket Council (ICC) makes a sarcastic comment towards a cricketer. But it seems that the fever of on-going Olympic has compelled them to do so and former Indian cricketer Ajit Agarkar was at the receiving end of that humorous tweet.
Posting a picture of Agarkar which shows the retired cricketer posing for a photo in a swimming pool, ICC’s Twitter handle asked if Agarkar is the next Michael Phelps.

Meanwhile, the legendary American swimmer has already won a gold medal in the Rio Olympics after emerging victorious in the men’s 400 freestyle relay. Phelps, who now has won a record 19 gold medals in Olympics, will look to claim his first individual gold of this Olympics when he competes in the 200m butterfly event.
Ajit Agarkar represented India in 26 Tests and 191 One-day internationals. After retiring from the game, the former cricketer is currently pursuing a career in golf.
