Surely, this would be something, which Sarfaraz Ahmed wouldn’t have expected. After taking all those blames and body-shaming comments, now, a case has been filed against him by a Pakistani lawyer. The lawyer wants Sarfaraz Ahmed to be arrested after returning to the country.
Ever Since the team performed poorly against the Indian National Cricket Team, he was under the pump by the Pakistan fans. They blamed his poor captaincy was the reason behind the loss and also trolled his fitness levels by comparing to Virat Kohli’s fitness levels.
A notable Journalist of Pakistan Saj Sadiq revealed that a lawyer of Okara accused Sarfaraz Ahmed regarding the loss to India. He wants the court to arrest him after making a return to the country. The lawyer has written that ”Yawning” is one of the accusations.
One of the accusations on Sarfaraz Ahmed is ”Yawning”
”A lawyer in Okara has filed a suit against Sarfaraz Ahmed. And also, asked for him to be arrested on his return to Pakistan for bringing shame to the country after the team’s performance against India. One of the accusations is of Sarfaraz Ahmed yawning during the game versus India,” He tweeted.
The match against India has brought a lot of criticism for quite a few reasons. Initially, it started with the selection of bowling after winning the toss, which didn’t impress Pakistan fans or experts. The Indian team led by Virat Kohli has displayed top-class skills at Manchester against Pakistan team.
They completely thrashed Pakistan in all sections of the game. They not only received 2 points from the game but also dented Pakistan’s Net-Run-Rate, which would play a key role in their journey.
Riding on Rohit Sharma’s blistering century, India managed to post a massive tally on the board, thanks to Kohli who took on the onus of keeping the scoreboard moving after Rohit’s departure.
In reply, they started things poorly with Imam walking back for a cheap score. Later, Fakhar Zaman and Babar Azam tried their best. But, Kuldeep Yadav changed the complexion of the game with his brilliant bowling. It triggered the middle-order collapse, which saw the Indian team winning their 7th world cup game against Pakistan.
