It was an astounding win for Pakistan on the other night facing Kane Williamson-led side. They completely outsmarted New Zealanders to seal the much-needed victory for the team. Following the victory, the former Pakistan Cricketer Shoaib Akhtar comes up with a tweet, which didn’t go down well with India’s former batsman Aakash Chopra.

After hailing Pakistan team’s effort and the special performances from Shaheen Shah Afridi, Babar Azam and Haris Sohail, Akhtar advised people out there to stop cornering Pakistan team. In a case of doing that, he warned that the team will become Tigers, who are tough to stop.

Meanwhile, Aakash Chopra, who has always been an active social media user replied saying that Pakistan itself makes the people corner them. Further, he went on to add saying that Pakistan won’t make it often, which wasn’t the case in the previous editions of the tournament.

“Never corner Pakistan. We become tigers when you do that. Congratulations & well done boys.”

Your own team plays in such a way – Aakash Chopra

“But who corners Pakistan, brother? It’s your own team that plays itself into a situation that demands desperate measures….and it’s not that Pak bounces back every time too. Or else would’ve won more than one World Cup.”

All in all, it was a brilliant display of cricketing skills from the Pakistan team facing New Zealand. They were dominating right throughout the game in all sections of the game.

Initially, it was Shaheen Shah Afridi, who delivered the much-needed requirements for the team while Babar Azam, Haris Sohail took the game away from Kiwis with their scintillating partnership.

However, Pakistan kept their hopes alive of making the ICC World Cup 2019 semi-finals after they beat New Zealand by six wickets in their group stage match on Wednesday.
