Steve Smith Reveals Why Cameron Green In Missing From The Australian Playing XI For The Third ODI
Steve Smith of Australia won the toss and chose to bat first in Chennai. During the conversation with Ravi Shastri at the toss, Smith revealed that two changes were made to the Australian team as David Warner came in for Cameron Green and Ashton Agar came in for Nathan Ellis keeping in mind that Chepauk’s pitch tended to aid spinners.
Smith said: “We are gonna have a bat. Looks like quite a dry surface, it is pretty hot out here. Will look to put a good total on this surface. We have had good fun and it will be exciting in the decider. We love playing in the crunch games and it’s exciting. It’s dry, so Ashton Agar is back. David Warner comes in for Cameron Green who is feeling a bit unwell, so there are changes.”
India, on the other hand, came in unchanged.
