Indian pacer S Sreesanth hasn’t a very long international career, but he surely left a mark on the game. While Sreesanth was famous for his hot-headed, he can thrash even the top-quality batsmen on his day with his brilliant pace bowling quality.

Sreesanth played for India between 2005 and 2011 where he played 27 Tests, 53 ODIs and 10 T20Is. The right-arm pacer managed to take 87 Test wickets, 75 ODI wickets and seven T20I wickets. He was also a member during MS Dhoni-led India’s victory in the ICC World T20 2007 and ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, and he featured in both those finals.

During the IPL 2013, Rajasthan Royals cricketer Sreesanth was arrested along with two other teammates Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan on the spot-fixing charges in that tournament. Then, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) imposed a life ban on him.

However, later, the suspension period has been reduced to seven years. While Sreesanth will be eligible to return in Indian domestic cricket from the middle of September 2020, he is eagerly waiting to return to the game. The right-arm pacer even wants to serve again for the Indian national cricket team.
