Chris Lynn, the KKR batsman injured his shoulder whilst attempting a tough catch of Jos Buttler. The Mumbai Indians batsman played a big shot off Chris Woakes but not enough to clear the distance. Chris Lynn was right behind the ball and put in an acrobatic effort to catch it. However, he landed awkwardly on his left shoulder.
Lynn soon called out for physio and left the race to the chase the ball. Although, the good news was that soon Lynn himself got up and walked off the field.
He was later seen applying an ice pack on his left shoulder but there was no official word on Lynn’s injury.
Meanwhile, Jos Buttler and Parthiv Patel had all time in the world to run four but they only ran two after watching Lynn getting injured. It was Yusuf Pathan who ran, collected the ball and threw it back to the pitch.
