The batting legend Sachin Tendulkar was in all awe of youngster Rishabh Pant, who played an innings of 97 today against Gujarat Lions. Sachin Tendulkar called this innings as best IPL innings he has ever seen in past 10 years as the Master Blaster tweeted –
One of the best Innings I have seen in the IPL & that includes all 10 seasons. @RishabPant777 pic.twitter.com/SGv3YuXwJ5

Rishabh Pant deserves every bit of praise as the Delhi boy was hitting every delivery coming towards him, no matter who is bowling from the other end. Whether it is Man of the Match of World cup final 2015 James Faulkner or number one Test bowler Ravindra Jadeja or mystery spinner Ankit Soni, Rishabh Pant was just clearing the fence. He hit a total of nine sixes and helped Delhi to register another win in the tournament.
With this win, Delhi chased a record total at Feroz Shah Kotla ground, to rule out Gujarat Lions out of the tournament.
