IPL 2019: Watch Ziva Singh Dhoni Cheers While MS Dhoni Goes To Bat
Of late, the daughter of Mahendra Singh Dhoni is making headlines for quite a few reasons. She once again makes into the news by cheering her father MS Dhoni while going to bat at number 5 for the team. The incident took place in the 5th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League 2019.
MS Dhoni walked into the middle when the team was pretty much in a comfortable position. He escaped the danger of being a duck out in the first ball when he sliced a cut short over Shreyas Iyer in the slip region.

However, after that, he played pretty well alongside Kedar Jadhav to finish things for the team. All in all, it was another sweet victory for Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League 2019.
Getting into the details of the match, initially, it was Shreyas Iyer, who won the toss and to the surprise of many, opted to bat first. The young Prithvi Shaw started things off in a flash by smashing Shreyas Thakur to three boundaries in an over.
However, he failed to repeat the strokes against Deepak Chahar, who saw him walking back to the hut. In between, the flamboyant Shikhar Dhawan knocked runs at a good strike rate to steady the innings alongside the skipper Shreyas Iyer. In the end, they managed to score 147 runs on the board.
In reply, Chennai Super Kings lost Ambati Rayudu for a cheap score. After scoring 5 runs, he went for a wild heave against Ishant Sharma, which took a top edge and landed safely in the hands of Shreyas Iyer.
However, Suresh Raina and Shane Watson smashed Delhi bowlers to all corners of the park with their stylish strokeplay. Both Raina and Watson looked pretty comfortable in the middle, who put on 52 runs partnership for the second wicket.
