Indian cricketer Kedar Jadhav had the privilege to play under MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli in his cricketing career but under different circumstances. Not many in the modern era have had the opportunity of playing under both remarkable captains- MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli.
Kedar Jadhav, one of the players, is an exception as he played under two exemplary leaders both in the Indian national cricket team including the Indian Premier League (IPL). According to him, MS Dhoni holds the top position when it comes to the list of top captains he has played under.

In a recent Instagram Live session, the all-rounder revealed what the actual difference in playing at Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the T20 league, especially under the two stalwarts – Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni was.
Kedar Jadhav said MS Dhoni backed him and plenty of opportunities at Chennai Super Kings which makes it quite evident that Kedar Jadhav’s favourite skipper is MS Dhoni.
“Major difference between playing for RCB in Bengaluru and for CSK in Chennai is the captain who backs you and gives you the opportunities and has the confidence and faith in you. If you know as a player your captain (MS Dhoni) backs you and gives you more than enough opportunities, there is no better feeling. You can see the happiness on his face when you perform, he’s happy for you,” Kedar Jadhav said.
Jadhav was roped in by the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL 2018 auction after he had spent two seasons at RCB (2016 and 2017). Under the guidance of MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav even went on to clinch the IPL title for the first time in his cricketing career in the 2018 edition of the league.
Jadhav also showered praise on the staggering fan-following that CSK possesses. He had termed the CSK fans as No. 1 as far as supporting the franchise is concerned.
