There are very rare moments where you see Virat Kohli goes back to the dressing room with a head down. In his favourite Vizag field, the aggressive captain got out on a golden duck against West Indies.
India lost the wicket of KL Rahul at 227 runs when Virat Kohli came to bat. Rohit Sharma was at the non-striker end who had scored a century. The aggressive captain came to the field, and the crowd was filled with energy.
Kieron Pollard surprised Virat Kohli and dismissed him in a no time
Kieron Pollard came to bowl against Virat Kohli, and on the third ball of Pollard’s first over, an unbelievable moment was created. Kohli got out on the first ball he faced in the game. The crowd was silent. West Indies player were delighted. It was a rare occasion when Kohli was out on a golden duck. Pollard looked up at the sky and thanked God.

It was a slower short ball, and Virat Kohli hits high on the mid-wicket. Standing at the mid-wicket position, Roston Chase caught the bowl tightly. The swashbuckling batsman went back to the pavilion with a wry smile.

India set the target of 388 runs
India is currently playing the second game of the three-match ODI series. It is a decider match for India to keep themselves in the race. Kieron Pollard won the toss and opted to field. India was given the task to set the target.
The openers KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma played a furious game as they went on to score the centuries. KL Rahul (102) and Rohit Sharma (159) gave a good start to the team. The innings was further taken by Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer who set up a short but a commendable partnership. Pant scored 39 runs in 16 balls which includes 4 sixes and 3 fours. Shreyas Iyer scored his sixth half-century in ODI. Now, West Indies have to chase down the massive target of 388 runs in 50 overs.
