Varun Aaron will be leading Jharkhand in the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy. The right-arm pacer is back in the scheme of things and recently played Duleep Trophy. He was selected in Deodhar Trophy last year.
Aaron’s pace is a great asset that works in his favour and a good season can see him make a comeback to the national team, especially with India set to tour New Zealand next year.

It is sort of confirmed that Rishabh Pant will be rested for Bangladesh T20Is that take place in November.
In his absence, team India would require a wicketkeeper-batsman. Both Kishan and Samson featured for India A in the limited-overs series against South Africa A, which means selectors will ink on one of these two for the series.
The batsman who will do well in the Vijay Hazare Trophy will get a call-up. Samson has played for India while Kishan is yet to earn his maiden national call-up.

Shahbaz Nadeem will lead the spin attack, that also includes all-rounder Anukul Roy. In the pace department, Aaron will be assisted by Monu Kumar and Rahul Shukla.
Jharkhand will miss out on the services of MS Dhoni. The former India skipper is on a break from the game since World Cup 2019. He was expected to make a comeback for the home series against South Africa but Dhoni wasn’t available for selection.
As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, he has extended his break and is also not available for the Bangladesh T20Is as well.
Jharkhand will take on star-studded Mumbai in their opening match on Wednesday before facing Karnataka, Saurashtra, Hyderabad, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Goa and Andhra Pradesh. They will play all their matches in Bangalore.
