India notched up a comfortable eight wickets victory against Bangladesh at Sher-e-Bangla National stadium in front of a hostile Bangladesh crowd in the 14th Asia Cup final. Indian captain MS Dhoni winning the toss, elected to field first. Bangladesh scored 120 runs in a rain-marred 15 overs-a-side match. India chasing down the total won the match with seven balls remaining.
Ashish Nehra: The seamer bowled the first over really well, but he was expensive in the last two overs. He conceded 33 runs in three overs. He gave India the first breakthrough by picking up Soumya Sarkar.
