A record to forget for Umesh Uadav

The KKR fast bowler Umesh Yadav touched a new low in his career as the bowler conceded 56 runs in his quota of four overs yesterday. Now it is the second-most runs conceded by a bowler in this year’s IPL. The record of conceding most runs is held by the leg-spinner Karn Sharma of SRH, he conceded 57 runs against RCB few days ago.
During all this Umesh also conceded 23 runs in an over, second-most runs he has conceded in an over in IPL.
Though Umesh Yadav bowls at a fast pace and is one of the fastest bowlers in India after Varun Aaron but he has always been criticized for his alien line and lengths. He is unable to trouble the batsman in any format of the game and batsman is never reluctant to go after him.
Well, his numbers are fair enough to support this statement as he leaks runs at the rate of 8 runs/over in the shortest format of the game. In the one day format, he has an economy rate of 5.99 and in test matches too his economy rate in above 4.
