The entire Indian cricket family congratulate the former Indian captain who once showed the Indian national cricket team the right path as a captain. Many Indian cricketers, who played with Ganguly, are very happy to see him as the BCCI President. The 32-year-old Suresh Raina is one of them.

The talented middle-order batsman Suresh Raina made his international cricket debut in 2005 and he is still active in cricket. Though he played only two ODIs with Ganguly in the international career, Raina learnt a lot from his senior cricketer. In cricket, their biggest similarity is both are the left-handed batsman who can destroy any opponents on their day.

Once Raina was India’s one of the most important cricketers in the limited-overs formats. He was one of the members during India’s victory in ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 and ICC Champions Trophy 2013.

While Raina played his last Test in 2015, he played both his last ODI and T20I in July 2018. After the IPL 2019, Raina hasn’t played a professional cricket match yet.
