9. Prithvi Shaw

The 19-year-old Prithvi Shaw is known as one of the futures of Indian cricket. At his very early age, the youngster has shown his impressive cricket ability along with his maturity. He has already played two Tests for India.

However, the Indian cricket fans have been recently stunned after the youngster Shaw faced a suspension for a doping violation. Recently, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced that Shaw faced a back-dated eight-month suspension till 15th November 2019 for failing in dope test.

During a Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2018/19 match, Shaw provided a urine sample as part of the BCCI’s anti-doping testing program. It was found to contain Terbutaline after testing that sample. Terbutaline is prohibited both In & Out of Competition in the WADA Prohibited List of Substances.

Later, Shaw admitted that he took the over the counter cough syrup for his cough.
