In any case, according to a very interesting news item, PCB president Shahryar Khan is stated to have said that it might be possible to hold an exhibition match in which master blaster Sachin Tendulkar may play along with mister cool Rahul Dravid. Both of them can be seen playing in Pakistan according to Khan.
He said, “Bedi came to see me and he told me that he can bring an Indian XI for an exhibition game, with retired players like Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid to Pakistan.”
He added, “I met Srinivasan in Dubai on Sunday and he has said ‘come what may I am committed to the six series’ and he has his government’s approval.“
Although under the current situation, the chances of holding such an event appear to be very less, however fans will hope that it can be made possible.
