Melbourne Renegades cricketer Dwayne Bravo suffered a hamstring injury in the match against Perth Scorchers at the Etihad Stadium in the KFC Big Bash League.
Dwayne Bravo tried to stop a cut shot from Scorchers’ batsman Michael Klinger which was travelling at pace. Bravo landed awkwardly while stopping the ball and was stationed at the boundary rope after he successfully stopped the ball.
The West Indies International was escorted off the ground on a Medicab as he immediately reached for his hamstring after landing on the ground.
He will have scans on Friday to determine the severity of the injury.
Earlier in the match, Bravo made 23 runs from 18 balls as the Renegades made 148/8 in their 20 overs.
