We bring you the video of what is perhaps the worst decision ever by an umpire. It was the famous Test between India and Pakistan at Chennai in 1999. India was set a target of 271 and were 82 for the loss of 4 wickets when Ganguly became a victim of poor umpiring. He drove Saqlain Mushtaq and hit the silly mid-off fielder and then caught by wicket-keeper Moin Khan. But the ball had bounced and touched the ground before being caught by the wikcet-keeper.

The videos clearly suggested that and India was reduced to 82 for the loss of 5 wickets. Sachin Tendulkar went on to hit a century but couldn’t hel India cross the line. He was dismissed when India was 17 runs short of the target, only to see India lose the match by 12 runs.
