Newcastle United vs Manchester United 

Manchester United was shocked at the St. James’s Park, as they were handed a 1-0 loss courtesy a Matt Ritchie goal in the 65^th minute.

Manchester United had a poor day in front of the goal, as the attacker missed some easy chances in both the halves. Anthony Martial missed an easy chance to score in the first half while Alexis Sanchez missed an open goal.

Southampton vs Liverpool

Liverpool strolled past Southampton, as they won the match 2-0, courtesy a Roberto Firmino goal in the sixth minute and then Mohammed Salah doubled the lead just before the half time break.

Huddersfield vs Bournemouth

Huddersfield stalled Bournemouth winning run as they handed a 4-1 thumping on their home ground. Alex Pritchard, Steve Mounie and Rajiv van la Parra scored for the home side. Steve Cook scored an own goal. Junior Stanislas scored the only goal for Bournemouth.
