New Zealand vs England, 4th T20I, Wellington

New Zealand won the fourth T20 of the Trans-Tasman Tri-series at the Westpac stadium in Wellington by 12 runs.

With this win, New Zealand kept their hopes of qualifying for the final alive. England won the toss and chose to field first. New Zealand openers Martin Guptill and Colin Munro started well, as they were involved in a 39-run opening wicket partnership.

Kiwi skipper, Kane Williamson led from the front and scored 72 runs off 46 deliveries. New Zealand finished their quota of 20 overs on 196/5.

In reply, England could only manage 184/9 in their innings. Dawid Malan top-scored for the England team with 59 runs but couldn’t guide his team past the target. Alex Hales also scored 47 off just 24 deliveries.

Mitchell Santner was the pick of the bowlers for New Zealand, as he picked up two wickets for just 29 runs.

South Africa vs India, 5th ODI, Port Elizabeth

South Africa won the toss and chose to bowl first in the fifth ODI at St. George’s Park in Port Elizabeth. Hosts South Africa have made one forceful change to their side, as Chris Morris has suffered a back strain. Tabraiz Shamsi has replaced the all-rounder. India has made no changes to their playing XI.

Chelsea vs West Bromwich Albion

Chelsea got back to winning ways, as they defeated West Brom 3-0 at Stamford Bridge. Eden Hazard was instrumental for the winning team, as he scored a brace.

Hazard opened the scoring in the 25th minute. Victor Moses then doubled the score in the 63rd minute. Hazard then scored his second goal of the day in the 71st minute.
