South Africa vs India, 5th ODI, Port Elizabeth:

India sealed the six-match One-day International series in Port Elizabeth as they won the match by 73 runs.

Team India won their first-ever series win against South Africa in the Rainbow nation.

Proteas won the toss and opted to bowl first in the fifth ODI at St. George’s Park in Port Elizabeth. Indian top-order delivered once again in the series as Rohit Sharma scored his 17th ODI century.

Left-handed batsman Shikhar Dhawan and skipper Virat Kohli both got starts but were dismissed on 36 respectively. Pacer Lungi Ngidi was the pick of the bowlers for South Africa as he picked up four wickets in his nine overs.

In reply, Hashim Amla top scored with 71 runs but couldn’t guide his team over the line, as the middle faltered against the Indian wrist spinners.

Kuldeep Yadav was the pick of the bowlers for India as he bagged four wickets. Rohit Sharma was adjudged the Man of the Match for his 115 runs.

Juventus were held to a thrilling 2-2 draw despite taking a 2-0 advantage in the first 10 minutes of the match. Gonzalo Higuain scored in the 2nd and the 9th minute of the match. Both the goals were scored through set pieces.

The first one via free kick while the other one via penalty. Tottenham’s Harry Kane scored in the 35th minute. Higuain missed the second penalty just before halftime. Christian Eriksen then equalized in the second half through the free kick.

FC Basel vs Manchester City 

Manchester City almost booked a place for themselves in the quarter-final as they won 4-0 in the away contest of the round of 16. Gundogan scored twice while Bernardo Silva and Sergio Aguero scored a goal each.
